JERRY HOBBY
President
Reverend Jerry has served as a Board Member since 2014. She was introduced to the organization by Sabrina Lawrence, Natlie’s sister.
Reverend Jerry Hobby is a visionary and a dynamic speaker that has dedicated her life to awakening people to their spiritual magnificence. She serves as the spiritual director of Spiritual Enlightenment and Truth Focus Ministry which is based in Gridley, California.
Under her leadership the ministry has developed and maintains the Prayerful Heart App that can be accessed globally through many multimedia outlets through out the world. Rev. Jerry is also the author of The 30 Day Experiment Of Releasing The Old And Embracing the New (A thirty day program which anchors newness in your life and empowers participants to release the things that no longer serve them). She is also a HearMath facilitator through the HeartMath Institute and supports people and groups in learning the power of coherence and resilience.
DEANGELUS REAGINS
Secretary
DeAngelus and Natlie shared a unique bond as “sisters”. DeAngelus has worked in a professional and management capacity in the healthcare arena for more than 15 years. She is currently employed by Kaiser Permanante, Inc. where she is responsible for the development and maintenance of hospital and ancillary service networks throughout Southern California. DeAngelus is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is actively involved in a variety of other civic and professional activities.
JENNETT L. JONES
Treasurer
Jennett is one of the founding members of NACR and the Sole Proprietor of J. La Nae’s Beauty Expressions located in Riverside CA, 20+ years
Legacy Stylist 35+ years, with clientele ranging from ages 6 to 90. The who’s who of Riverside and the IE
And her favorite every Friday @4pm client Natlie.
Jennett is Founder and President of Its Our Time Book/ Spa Club 2004- present along with
Natlie (2004-2007) Treasurer and her sister Sabrina (2004-2010) Spiritual leader.
Jennett is married to (Rodney) 32 years, with 2 sons Jared age 27 and Trenton age 24, all three actively supports and volunteers with NACR.
In her spare time she enjoy Family Time, Reading, Spas, Galas, Meeting new people and being Spontaneous. She is fortunate to be empowered by all the women that has come into her life, past, present and future, young and old, sharing knowledge and wisdom.
Living her Best Life inspires her to pay it forward, in her community service and hair salon. As an only child she thrived on helping others, nonprofit work is necessary for all mankind.
DOROTHY COLE
Board Member
Dorothy is the proud mother of Natlie and served as Vice President of the NACR Foundation Board since it's inception. Dorothy has been married to Natlie's father, John, for over 55 years.
Dorothy was employed by A.T.&T. for 22 years and held various Human Resource Management positions. She was A.T.&T's Director of Employment and Placement for Southern California prior to retiring.

Dorothy was Branch Manager for a national temporary Emploment Staffing Agency in Riverside, California for five years.
Dorothy currently serves as a Director and Committee Chair on the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. She also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Centers for Spiritual Living-Beaumont, California.
Dorothy actively supports a number of charitable organizations and non-profits by providing her time, talents and resources. She considers volunteering to be her lifework.
HELEN FORBES
Board Member
Helen is a native Californian, educated in the Compton public school system, and attended UCLA, achieving a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration.
Helen held numerous management positions with Pacific Telephone, AT&T and Rogers Cablesystems. She launched her own consulting firm, Forbes Management Services, and for 8 years provided executive management consulting, coaching and leadership development training. During this period she also consulted as an independent contractor for Southern California Training Council. Helen was employed By Marriott International for 21 years, serving in several General Manager positions as well as Director of Human Resources in Southern California hotels.

As a board member, Helen is passionate about raising funds to support the organization's initiatives and commitments. She has also held board positions in several hospitality industry associations as well as Children's Hospital of Orange County Marriott Advisory Council, focused on fundraising efforts for CHOC. She has been involved in community organizations whose mission is to provide services and initiatives focused on the development and mentorship of our youth.

Helen is married to her husband of 50 years, Fred. They have 1 son, 4 grandchildren and a great grandson.
MAE HARRIS ACRIE
Board Member
Mae Harris Acrie grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has always had a passion for service to others. She earned an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Menomonie. Mae worked as a retail department manager prior to earning a Master's Degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After graduation, she relocated to California to start her career in Child Welfare Services, and later became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She provided more than thirty years of service to San Bernardino County and retired as a Deputy Director for Children and Family Services. During her tenure there, Mae worked in a variety of supervisory and management positions. She is a principled and passionate individual who continues to work with several community service organizations, and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Mae had the opportunity to interact with Natlie A. Cole-Reagins on several occasions and considers it an honor to participate on the Foundation's Board of Trustees that continues to celebrate and promote her life and legacy.
She enjoys outdoor activities, reading and traveling with her husband, Daniel.
KEVIN HORN
Board Member
Kevin Horn is a veteran of the US Navy, a sought after aerospace software engineer, who travels all over the world improving in-flight entertainment systems for a major aerospace company.
Kevin is passionate about automation and the implementation of technology solutions to simplify data management and human intervention.
Kevin developed the digital NACR thermometer display you see at all of our gala events, along with the maintenance of our online database/CRM/Web Presence and he acts as our Data Management Systems & Technology Training Director.
BONNIE POTTS
Board Member
Bonnie Potts is a founding member of NACR and previously served as Secretary when the organization was first formed. She and Natlie were close personal and professional friends. Bonnie received degrees in Elementary Education and in Child Development from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. Later she received a Master of Arts in Education Administration from California State University in San Bernardino. Mrs. Potts has served in several capacities in the Riverside Unified School District over thirty years. Bonnie is married and has one grown child.
DENAE REAGINS
Board Member
DeNae Reagins previously served as president of the NACR Foundation when the organization was first formed. In this role, he oversees operations, as well as collaborative and consulting relationships with organizations worldwide.
DeNae is the father to Natlie's two sons. His passion and commitment to the organization is driven by the collective energy of the trustees and the inspirational vision the group manifests through its work and activities.
DeNae is an educator and entrepreneur. In addition to co-founding a nationwide computer training company, his career has included service as a teacher, technology specialist, assistant principal, and middle school principal. As an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., his community service activities also include mentor ship and youth development.
CAROLYN SONNEY
Board Member
Carolyn Sonney is retired, living bi-coastal between Riverside, California, & Erie, Pennsylvania. She is a mother to three, grandmother of nine, and great-grandmother to one.
Carolyn joined our board in 2016, and while she is not physically present in many of our board meetings, she joins us through video conferencing. Carolyn is passionate about NACR’s literacy mission and was instrumental in the “NACR Library Rack Donation Project” contribution our foundation made to the Riverside Public Library, Riverside, CA. (value of $13,500)
Carolyn is an Eastern Star member, and supported many non-profit organizations over the years. She began her career at the Telephone Company, worked at Walters Meat Company for many years and while semi-retired, she took care of the financial records for a minor league baseball team.
DENNIS SONNEY
Board Member
Dennis Sonney is a veteran of the US Marine Corps (Desert Storm) with a background in intelligence & organizational management. Dennis works supporting American Made Products through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Department of Commerce, MEP program.

Dennis sits on multiple boards throughout Southern California and has helped NACR grow through social, digital, and political involvement.
